Specialized fitness instructors, trained to assist women prenatally and postnatally, lead planned classes to help mothers stay healthy! Exercising may help pregnant women feel fewer body aches, constipation, bloating, and swelling. It may also help increase energy, improve moods, and improve sleep, in addition to helping your body be more "in shape."

Finding a regular prenatal and/or postnatal exercise class may also provide new moms with a "tribe," so to speak. And we can all use one of those!
